These Terms of Service govern the use of Cutwave Studio's internal content-publishing tools, including any integrations with third-party platforms such as Google/YouTube and Meta/Facebook & Instagram.

1. Purpose

Cutwave Studio operates internal tools to prepare, schedule, and publish video content created by our team to our own connected accounts on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

2. Acceptable Use

These tools are intended solely for publishing content that Cutwave Studio owns or has rights to distribute. Use of connected third-party accounts is limited to authorized team members.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Publishing actions performed through our tools are subject to the terms of service of the respective platform:

• Meta Platform Terms

4. No Warranty

These tools are provided as internal utilities without warranty of any kind. Cutwave Studio is not liable for interruptions, publishing errors, or third-party platform outages.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our tools after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
