Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cutwave Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our internal content-publishing tools and the Google, Meta, and other third-party API integrations we use to prepare and publish video content to platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
1. Information We Access
Our tools connect to third-party platforms (including Google/YouTube and Meta/Facebook & Instagram) using OAuth authentication that we control. Through these connections we may access:
- Basic account and channel/page identifiers needed to publish content
- Upload and publishing status information for videos we submit
- Authentication tokens required to perform these actions on our own behalf
2. How We Use Information
Information accessed through these integrations is used solely to:
- Upload and publish video content that we create to our own connected accounts
- Verify that uploads were published successfully
- Maintain and troubleshoot our internal publishing workflow
We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Authentication tokens are stored securely and used only by our internal systems. Video files are stored temporarily during processing and removed once publishing is complete.
4. Third-Party Services
Our tools interact with third-party APIs, including Google APIs and Meta Platforms APIs. Use of these APIs is subject to the respective platform's own privacy policies and terms:
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain authentication tokens only as long as needed to operate our publishing workflow. You may revoke access at any time through your Google or Meta account security settings.
